DHL Supply Chain es una de las divisiones de negocio que tiene, DHL está presente en muchos países de todo el mundo y actualmente su sede en Bogotá presenta problemas los cuales necesitan ser intervenidos, ya que estos están generando costos adicionales a la empresa e insatisfacción en los clientes porque no lo hace. No cumplir con los acuerdos realizados con los clientes especialmente en el tiempo de entrega

DHL Supply Chain is one of the business divisions that have, DHL is present in many countries of worldwide and currently your seat in Bogotá presents problems which need to be intervened, as these are causing additional costs to the company and dissatisfaction in customers because it does not comply with the agreements made with customers especially in delivery time. This project proposes the development of a model which is directed to the section of logistics transport DHL Supply Chain, since it is responsible for making decisions on this subject, in addition to assessing whether this is feasible and practicable in the organization. To achieve this will be investigated about the necessary variables and constraints presented in the model this is carried out by means of heuristics and metaheuristics as required. Based on this, is sought the improvement in the fleet that presents the company currently, increase customer satisfaction and therefore the decrease in the fines charged to the company because of default in delivery times
