Resumen

Una de las principales actividades realizadas en el departamento del putumayo es la explotación de hidrocarburos, los cuales afectan de manera significativa los otros sectores de producción, según INGEOMINAS, en la zona se encuentran depósitos de minerales que empezaron a ser explotados desde finales de los años 60 ', representado un problema clave para las actividades agrícolas. Debido a esta actividad se vio la entrada del sector ganadero, y la extensión de este hasta ahora. A pesar de las actividades ilícitas de la zona siempre fue costumbre o cultura el cultivar de maíz (Z. mays), y desde entonces se ha cultivado de manera empírica, Teniendo en cuenta las limitaciones y problemáticas descritas se inicia la implementación de un sistema de producción de Z. mays, al cual se evaluará desde 4 componentes para establecer el éxito del mismo, dichos componentes son: agronómico, social, investigativo y de emprendización del campo . One of the main activities carried out in the department of Putumayo is the exploitation of hydrocarbons, which has significantly affected the other production sectors, according to INGEOMINAS, in the area there are deposits of minerals that began to be exploited since the end of the 60 'years, represented a key problem for agricultural activities. Due to this activity the entrance of the livestock sector was seen, and the extension of the same until now. In spite of the illicit activities of the zone, it was always a custom or culture to cultivate corn, and since then corn has been cultivated empirically, nowadays due to the constant measures proposed by the government for the control of said crops. initiated a plan of productive restructuring in the area which favors producers of crops such as cocoa ( Theobroma cacao) , pepper ( Piper nigrum ) and plantain (Musa paradisiaca) , these being the most popular, the cultivation of corn ( Zea mays ) although not very favored represents the second place in the production area according to data exposed by Agronet until 2014, but to date all has changed, it is for this reason that there is a need to implement new alternatives of efficient production that leads to the increase in production of short cycle crops such as the cultivation of Z. mays and that represents importance in the current economy of the department. Taking into account the limitations and problems described, the implementation of a production system of Z. mays begins , which will be evaluated from 4 components to establish the success of it, said components are: agronomic, social, research and field entrepreneurship .
