Resumen

El corregimiento de Villa Germanía es considerado como una despensa agrícola para el municipio de Valledupar y sus alrededores por su diversidad de cultivos. Sin embargo, tiene como principales problemas la falta de asistencia técnica y vías en mal estado. Por motivo se implementa un modelo productivo de maracuyá Passiflora edulis, con un manejo técnico para el control de plagas, enfermedades, arvenses, riego y nutrición, teniendo en cuenta la dinámica de los monitoreos y factores del ambiente para la toma de decisiones, de igual forma, identificar los canales de comercialización más adecuados. Con este modelo productivo se buscó, transferir a la comunidad nuevas ideas de emprendimiento con sistemas más tecnificados que incrementan la productividad. Se realizó el trabajo social por medio del acompañamiento a productores y charlas técnicas dentro del modelo productivo de maracuyá, se logra descubrir la falta de asociaciones y de recursos que les permitan a los productos invertir en sus sistemas productivos, sin embargo, se logra que productores de la región tomen la iniciativa de implementar sistemas tecnificados, con nuevas técnicas agronómicas de manejo. Por otro lado, se realizó la caracterización socioeconómica de la vereda Altos Corazones, la cual esta dedicada principalmente a la producción de café (Coffea aràbigo), siendo este el producto más representativo de la región por su alta generación de empleo e ingresos económicos a la región. Se encontró como resultados la poca presencia de entidades publicas y privadas, bajo acompañamiento técnico y baja productividad de los cultivos de café.

The corregimiento of Villa Germanía is considered an agricultural pantry for the municipality of Valledupar and its surroundings because of its crop diversity. However, its main problems are the lack of technical assistance and poor roads. For this reason, a production model for passion fruit Passiflora edulis is implemented, with technical management for the control of pests, diseases, weeds, irrigation, and nutrition, considering the dynamics of monitoring and environmental factors for decision making, as well as identifying the most appropriate marketing channels. With this production model, we sought to transfer to the community new ideas of entrepreneurship with more techniques systems that increase productivity. Social work was carried out by accompanying producers and technical talks within the passion fruit production model, and it was possible to discover the lack of associations and resources that would allow products to invest in their production systems; however, producers in the region took the initiative to implement techniques systems, with new agronomic management techniques. On the other hand, the socioeconomic characterization of the village of Altos Corazones was carried out, which is mainly dedicated to coffee production (Coffea aràbigo), being this the most representative product of the region for its high generation of employment and economic income to the region. The results were found to be the low presence of public and private entities, low technical support, and low productivity of coffee crops.
