Resumen
El presente trabajo se estableció en el municipio de Tame vereda Galaxias departamento de Arauca durante el segundo semestre del 2021 y el primer semestre del 2022; el propósito del proyecto fue establecer un cultivo enfocado en las buenas prácticas agrícolas con un buen manejo agronómico como también comercial, con este proyecto se contribuyó en conocimiento técnico a los agricultores de la vereda por medio de días de campo.
En la búsqueda de la permanencia de las variedades criollas de maíz, se evaluaron tres variadas criollas de la región en cuanto a su morfología y rendimiento, para esta investigación se planteó un diseño de bloques completamente al azar con tres tratamiento y 5 reptaciones, según los resultados obtenido la variedad que presento mayor rendimiento fue la variedad (maíz amarillo duro) y la variedad que presento mayor altura fue la variedad (maíz blanco).

The present work was established in the municipality of Ta me, vereda Galaxias, department of Arauca during the second semester of 2021 and the first semester of 2022; The objective of the project was to establish a crop focused on good agricultural practices with good agronomic and commercial management. With thi s project, technical knowledge was contributed to the farmers of the village through field days. In the search for the permanence of the native varieties of corn, three native varieties of the region were evaluated in terms of their morphology and yield, f or this investigation a completely randomized block design with three treatments and 5 repetitions was proposed, according to the results obtained, the variety that presented the highest yield was the variety (hard yellow corn) and the variety that present corn). ed the greatest height was the variety (white corn).
