Resumen
El proyecto productivo en zona de origen se llevó a cabo con el establecimiento de un cultivo de frijol cargamanto rojo (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) en la vereda Buga del municipio de Jericó, departamento de Antioquia, buscando una alternativa de diversificación productiva agrícola dadas las adecuadas condiciones edafoclimáticas de la zona y el impacto en diversas dinámicas sociales que se viven en la zona rural del municipio.
En la búsqueda de generar nuevos conocimientos y alternativas productivas de los campesinos, se estableció un proyecto de cafés especiales que generan una oferta amplia y diversa en la calidad y cualidades únicas de los aspectos sensoriales que se pueden desarrollar con los métodos beneficio del café. Así mismo, se fortaleció de manera practica las aptitudes en seguridad alimentaria de las familias pertenecientes a una organización campesina del municipio de Jericó.
Por medio de una investigación cuantitativa se pudu identificar algunas de las necesidades productivas de algunos agricultores de la región, mostrando las grandes falencias existentes en las cadenas de comercialización locales, en donde evidentemente carece el municipio de una estructuración productiva que logre engranar los diferentes actores que hacen parte del suministro de alimentos para los pobladores locales

The productive project in the area of origin was carried out with the establishment of a red cargamanto bean crop (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) in the Village buga of the municipality of Jericó, department of Antioquia, looking for an alternative of agricultural productive diversification given the adequate edaphoclimatic conditions of the area and the impact on various social dynamics that are lived in the rural area of the municipality. In the search to generate new knowledge and productive alternatives of the peasants, a project of specialty coffees was established that generate a wide and diverse offer in the quality and unique qualities of the sensory aspects that can be developed with the methods of coffee benefit. Likewise, the food security skills of families belonging to a peasant organization in the municipality of Jericho were strengthened in a practical way. The interactions between edaphoclimatic factors in the development of the bean crop (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) are influenced by the rainy season that prevails in the country, as well as the proliferation of pests and diseases. Through a quantitative investigation, it was possible to identify some of the productive needs of some farmers in the region, showing the great shortcomings existing in the local marketing chains, where the municipality evidently lacks a productive structure that manages to engage the different actors that are part of the food supply for the local inhabitants.
