Resumen
El objetivo principal del proyecto es el Diseño y Estrategia de implementación del sistema de gestión ambiental basado en la norma ISO 14001: 2004 para la empresa JQ electrónico Colombia SAS La metodología de investigación fue de tipo descriptivo y correlacional usando encuestas aplicadas la alta Dirección, colaboradores de planta y clientes. Adicional se realizó levantamiento de la información que encontró en los recorridos a la planta y validación de la documentación existente entregada por el Coordinador Ambiental. En la primera fase del trabajo se describen las generalidades de la empresa objeto de evaluación. En la segunda fase del trabajo se realizó un diagnóstico administrativo del sistema de Gestión actual de acuerdo a la metodología FODA, permitir identificar el inventario de documentación existente y el análisis FODA de la planeación estratégica y visión de la organización referente al tema ambiental. En la tercera fase del trabajo se realizó una Revisión Ambiental Inicial (RAI) de acuerdo a la GTC 93 (2007) ambiental de la empresa mediante un diagnóstico integral de gestión ambiental. En la cuarta fase se elaboraron herramientas que permitirán mejorar el sistema de gestión ambiental que pueden ser implementadas en la operación, estableciendo mecanismos de seguimiento y control desde la parte operativa hasta la alta dirección, con el fin de mejorar el desempeño del SGA1. En la quinta fase se proponen las estrategias de implementación a la alta dirección para que en la sexta fase se pueda identificar los beneficios de la implementación del sistema en el menor tiempo posible. Los resultados evidencian en el RAI los puntos críticos en el desempeño ambiental de la organización enfocados a la necesidad de realizar la implementación y operación, verificación del sistema y la revisión por la Dirección, lo que desarrollará los procedimientos, programas, indicadores, responsabilidades, metodología de seguimiento y control requeridos, además de las estrategias para su implementación identificando los beneficios a la Alta dirección con el que se realizó énfasis en el desarrollo de presente proyecto para la empresa JQ Electronics Colombia SAS

The main objective of the project is the Design and Strategy of implementation of the environmental management system based on the ISO 14001: 2004 standard for the electronic company JQ Colombia S.A.S.The research methodology was descriptive and correlational, using surveys applied by senior management, plant collaborators and clients. Additional information was collected that was found in the tours to the plant and validation of the existing documentation delivered by the Environmental Coordinator.In the first phase of the work the generalities of the company under evaluation are described.In the second phase of the work an administrative diagnosis of the current Management system was carried out according to the SWOT methodology, allowing to identify the existing documentation inventory and the SWOT analysis of the strategic planning and vision of the organization regarding the environmental theme. In the third phase of the work, in Initial Environmental Review (RAI) was carried out according to GTC 93 (2007), supported by surveys of stakeholders of the environmental management system and documental review in field visits, allowing the identification of performance Environmental management of the company through a comprehensive diagnosis of environmental management. In the fourth phase, tools were developed to improve the environmentalmanagement system that can be implemented in the operation, establishing monitoring and control mechanisms from the operative part to the top management, in order to improve the performance of the EMS 2. The fifth phase proposes implementation strategies to senior management so that in the sixth phase the benefits of implementing the system can be identified in the shortest time possible.The results show the RAI critical points in the organization's environmental performance focused on the need to carry out the implementation and operation, verification of the system and review by the Management, which allowed the development of procedures, programs, indicators, responsibilities, Methodology of monitoring and control required, in addition to the strategies for its implementation, identifying the benefits to the Senior Management with which emphasis was placed on the development of this project for the company JQ Electronics Colombia SAS
