Resumen

Este proyecto tiene la intención de analizar la relación entre el desarrollo del aprendizaje social y emocional de los estudiantes de grado segundo con algunas de las virtudes del maestro. Desde una preocupación por la incidencia del maestro en el desarrollo social y emocional de los estudiantes del ciclo inicial, teniendo en cuenta que es aquí donde se establecen la bases para el desarrollo cognitivo, emocional y social. Esta investigación es de corte cualitativo, con un enfoque histórico – hermenéutico, un método descriptivo – explicativo, utilizando las técnicas de la observación no participante y la entrevista semiestructurada desde los instrumentos de diario de campo y el guión; para el análisis de la información se utilizó el análisis de contenido, logrando concluir la relación entre el Aprendizaje Social y Emocional con algunas de las virtudes del maestro

This project has the intention to analyze the relationship between the development of Emotional and Social Learning of the second year students with some of the teacher’s virtues really exist. This is based on the concern about the actual impact caused by the person who teaches with the social and emotional development of the initial cycle students. This investigation is a qualitative kind one, with a historical and explicative emphasis which uses a hermeneutical and descriptive method. The use of the non - participative and the semi - structured observation with the field diary and the script instruments in order to analyze information and the content analysis, helped us to conclude the relationship between the socio - emotional learning and some of the teacher’s virtues
