Resumen

El primer contacto del ser humano con la realidad es afectivo, desde su gestación y los primeros años de vida las relaciones con el otro, con el mundo que lo rodea, precisan no sólo su evolución afectiva sino también la cognitiva; el entorno familiar y escolar facilitan al niño referentes que darán pautas en el desarrollo de su personalidad y en cómo desenvolverse en su cotidianidad. La educación emocional está siendo requerida en los centros educativos debido a la importancia que tiene para el desarrollo personal y para el bienestar subjetivo. Para esto, en los colegios Agustiniano Ciudad Salitre, Agustiniano Suba, Rafael Bernal Jiménez y la Fundación Universitaria Compensar se reconoció el manejo de las emociones en el proceso educativo, buscando identificar la importancia de estas en relación con los diferentes niveles del contexto, caracterizándose en el proceso de aprendizaje y describiendo desde las experiencias, la relación entre las emociones y las prácticas educativas por medio del lenguaje, el arte y la comunicación, entre docente y estudiante. Desde el enfoque cualitativo con ayuda de la sistematización de experiencias se utilizaron herramientas para recolectar la información sobre la que se hará un análisis hermenéutico desde los principales tópicos abordados en este proyecto.

The first contact of the human being with reality is affective, from pregnancy and the first years of life the relationships with the other, with the world that surrounds him, require not only his affective evolution but also the cognitive; the family and school environment provide the child with references that will give guidelines in the development of their personality and how to function in their daily lives. Emotional education is being required in schools because of its importance for personal development and subjective well-being. For this, in the schools Agustiniano Ciudad Saltire, Agustiniano Suba, Rafael Bernal Jiménez and the Compensar University Foundation, the management of emotions in the educational process was recognized, seeking to identify the importance of these in relation to the different levels of the context, characterizing in the learning process and describing from experiences, the relationship between emotions and educational practices through language, art and communication, between teacher and student. From the qualitative approach with the help of the systematization of experiences, tools were used to collect information on which a hermeneutic analysis will be made from the main topics addressed in this project.
