Resumen
El presente estudio es un documento sobre los antecedentes, la definición y conformación de los denominados sistemas nacionales de archivos SNA. Se describe el marco teórico, el marco legal, el marco jurídico, el marco normativo y su marco institucional, de los cuales se definen los elementos que conforman o deben conformar un sistema nacional de archivos y que son necesarios para realizar un análisis a países que tengan este tipo de sistema. De igual forma, se realiza un contexto político estatal de cada uno de los países que hacen parte de la Comunidad Andina de Naciones. Se realizó una investigación con el apoyo de una herramienta de medición, concebida desde el modelo de madurez, con este instrumento se definió el estudio de caso, obteniendo los resultados que se describen en las conclusiones del trabajo

The present study is a document on the background, definition and conformation of the so-called national SNA file systems. The theoretical framework, the legal framework, the legal framework, the regulatory framework and its institutional framework are described, from which the elements that make up or have to conform a national file system are defined and are necessary to perform some analysis countries that have this type of system. Similarly, a state political context of each of the countries that are part of the Andean Community of Nations is carried out. An investigation was carried out with the support of a measurement tool, conceived from the maturity model, with this instrument the case study was defined, obtaining the results that are described in the conclusions of the work
