Resumen
Esta investigación se enmarca en torno a la situación identificada en la Secretaría Distrital de Planeación, la cual cuenta con el Sistema Interno de Gestión Documental y Archivos (SIGA) y con el que busca la adopción de buenas prácticas en el desarrollo de su función archivística de tal manera, que se conserve y preserve su memoria institucional; por lo que se requiere una herramienta de evaluación de dicho sistema y un instrumento de visualización que permita obtener una mirada integral de su desempeño; haciendo posible la toma de decisiones basadas en datos, el mejoramiento continuo y obviamente del logro de sus objetivos.
Para tal efecto, la presente investigación busca el diseño de un tablero de indicadores del Sistema Interno de Gestión Documental y Archivos de la Secretaría Distrital de Planeación, que incluya la determinación de factores críticos de éxito y las variables necesarias para la construcción de una batería de indicadores que permitan su evaluación y, posteriormente la elaboración de la propuesta de un tablero de indicadores en una herramienta de visualización de datos que permita observar el nivel de desempeño del (SIGA) en un período determinado.

This research is framed around the situation identified in the Secretaria Distrital de Planeacion, which has the Internal Record and Archive Management System (SIGA), and with which it seeks the adoption of good practices in its archival function in such a way that it is conserved. And preserve its institutional memory; Therefore, an evaluation tool for said system is required, as well as a visualization instrument that allows obtaining a comprehensive view of its performance; making it possible to make decisions based on data, continuous improvement and obviously the achievement of its objectives. For this purpose, the present investigation seeks the design of a dashboard of indicators of the Internal System of Documentary Management and Archives of the District Planning Secretariat, which includes the determination of key success factors and the necessary variables for the construction of a battery of indicators that allow their evaluation and later the elaboration of the proposal of a board of indicators in a data visualization tool that allows observing the level of performance of the (SIGA) in a determined period.
