Anthelmintic resistance is a reality not only of academic concern but productive interest worldwide because they are involved sheep, goats, cattle, horses and swine, which is necessary to explore biological alternatives that are effective and commercially viable because now it has been increased the need to search for alternative control methods to synthesis drug because of the resistance problems of these compounds against the parasites affecting both productivity and animal welfare. Beside highlighting the importance of the consequences that it brings for the environment and to humans as consumers, likewise the constant contamination of these drugs to the environment by the animal waste. The goal of this project is to isolate and identify a fungus trapping ability, which will be verified the effectiveness in vitro and in vivo trials in ruminants, to achieve this is going to be use 6 farms in Sabana de Bogotá, the region of Tequendama Ubaté valleys, where they carried out the sampling of sheep feces (60 samples) divided into 10 samples per farm, each of 5-10 grams, which is to achieve the first phase, for the second phase will be isolation and in vitro tests in the laboratory of parasitology at the University of La Salle, where he measured the rate of larval mortality. Finally, field tests were done on the same farm where he conducted the sampling, scheduled to run during a period of twelve months. These processes will be measured using five indicators of management at the end of each stage must be met fully, which is pointing to the success of each project phase.
