Resumen

La presente investigación tiene como propósito analizar la crisis de los refugiados en el año 2015, específicamente las medidas que Hungría tomó para hacer frente a la misma y las cuales se opusieron a los lineamientos diseñados por la Unión Europea para apaciguar la crisis. En este sentido, se intentará identificar las implicaciones políticas en Hungría que inclinaron al país a plantear una postura de corte nacionalista como medida de protección a su seguridad nacional. Esto permitirá responder a la pregunta de investigación: ¿De qué forma se vio afectada la política de seguridad nacional en Hungría durante la crisis de refugiados del año 2015? Para ello, el presente trabajo se basa en un análisis cualitativo con un enfoque analítico en torno al fenómeno de la crisis de refugiados del año 2015, donde se toma como marco teórico la corriente del nacionalismo y se hace una revisión de fuentes primarias de tipo legislativo y secundarias con análisis de prensa de diversas fuentes húngaras y europeas. Así mismo trata estudios de autores especializados acerca del contexto de la crisis y de la situación política dentro de Hungría

The purpose of this research is to analyze the refugee crisis in 2015, specifically the measures that Hungary took to confront it and which opposed the guidelines designed by the European Union to calm the crisis. In this sense, this paper tries to identify the political implications in Hungary that inclined the country to pose a nationalist position as a measure of protection to their national security to answer the research question: How was the national security policy in Hungary affected during the refugee crisis of 2015? For this, the present work is based on a qualitative analysis with an analytical focus on the phenomenon of the refugee crisis of 2015, where the current of nationalism is taken as a theoretical framework. A review of primary sources of legislative type is made and other secondary sources like from Hungarian press to European sources. It also deals with studies by specialized authors about the context of the crisis and the political situation within Hungary
