Resumen

Con la llegada a la presidencia de Juan Manuel Santos, el gobierno implemento su nueva estrategia de lucha contra el narcotráfico y las FARC-EP, después de dos periodos presidenciales, de Álvaro Uribe, quien ataco estos fenómenos por medio de su Política de Seguridad Democrática, el nuevo gobierno (Santos), toma la decisión de empezar un nuevo proceso de paz con este grupo guerrillero, quienes poseían el control de varios territorios en el país y adicional a ello el control sobre varios cultivos ilícitos, haciendo parte de esa cadena de narcotráfico que afecta al país y al gobierno y su intento de conseguir la paz por medio de un acuerdo de paz. Este trabajo analiza la implementación de la estrategia antidroga, durante el proceso de negociación de paz con las FARC-EP durante los años 2010 al 2015, para cumplir con este análisis, esta investigación se realizó por medio de la metodología cualitativa de análisis de caso, la cual permite abordar de manera más efectiva el tema, el desarrollo del trabajo se efectúa en tres partes diferentes, durante la primera se describe la lucha contra el narcotráfico antes del inicio del proceso de paz, la segunda parte se caracteriza la nueva política anti drogas durante el periodo de estudio 2010-2015 y durante la última parte se analizan los términos pactados en el acuerdo final de paz, respecto a las drogas ilícitas

With the arrival to the presidency of Juan Manuel Santos, the government implemented its new strategy to fight against drug trafficking and the FARC-EP, after two presidential terms, of Álvaro Uribe, who attacked these phenomena through his Democratic Security Policy. , the new government (Santos), takes the decision to start a new peace process with this guerrilla group, who had control of several territories in the country and in addition to that control over several illicit crops, being part of that chain of drug trafficking that affects the country and the government and their attempt to achieve peace through a peace agreement. This paper analyzes the implementation of the anti-drug strategy, during the peace negotiation process with the FARC-EP during the years 2010 to 2015, to comply with this analysis, this research was carried out through the qualitative methodology of case analysis, which allows to address the issue more effectively, the development of the work is carried out in three different parts, the first describes the fight against drug trafficking before the beginning of the peace process, the second part is characterized by the new anti-drug policy during the study period 2010-2015 and during the last part, the terms agreed in the final peace agreement are analyzed with respect to illicit drugs
