Resumen
La aniseiconia se define como la desigualdad en el tamaño de las imágenes, generada principalmente por diferencias en la potencia dióptrica entre los ojos, debido a este cambio, se pueden llegar a presentar alteraciones en la función visual, una de ellas es la estereopsis (también conocida como visión 3D). Las pruebas empleadas en la evaluación de este problema son poco conocidas y de difícil consecución en nuestro entorno. Al realizar una búsqueda de información, se encontró un solo reporte de un autor nacional, que no cuenta con estudios que soporten la fiabilidad de las mediciones de esta condición. Objetivo: Analizar la confiabilidad y repetitividad del test Anisei-Kohn prototipo experimental, induciendo anisometropía artificial con lentes de contacto y corregida por medio de lentes oftálmicos, en personas que presenten condiciones normales de visión.

Aniseikonia is defined as the inequality in the size of the images generated mainly by differences in the dioptric power between the eyes. Due to this change, alterations in visual function can occur, one of them is stereopsis (also known as such as 3D vision). The tests used in the assessment of this condition are little known in our environment and are not easy to obtain, the only one we found was made by a national author, but there are lack of studies that show how reliable it is for the measurement of this condition, a review of the literature shows that there are a series of tests that measure the degree of aniseikonia that have shown low reproducibility because the phenomenon of retinal rivalry was induced by increasing the state of suppression, therefore, the degree of Aniseikonia. can underestimate or overestimate. Objetive: To evaluate how reliable this aniseikonia test in the development phase can be in visually healthy patients in whom induction of anisometropia is performed.
