Abstract
In the Colombian narrative of the last two decades the "body of the victim" has been included more frequently as a literary motif, which has meant a revaluation of the categories of testimony, narration, body and space. From a comparison of the novels En el brazo del río and Viaje al interior de una gota de sangre, in this article we will make an interpretation of the body of the victim as an aesthetic trace, where the focalization of the narrator and the spatiality of the body -memory. The novels offer a sort kind of phenomenology of corporality to understand the function of the literature of violence in the socio-historical framework.
