Abstract

The conditions for the creation of enterprises in Third World countries are complex. There is a lack of long term policies, resources, infrastructure and efficient educational systems. This article presents an approach to entrepreneurship, the characteristics of the entrepreneurs, their attitudes and the conditions in which they create their entrepreneurial and social projects. The societies require entrepreneurs who are more educated and with full support so their creativity and innovation can generate wealth and development. This bibliographic research, that was structured over 463 academic works of journals published between 2010 and 2014, aims to identify the main components to propose an entrepreneurship model that includes distance education and ICT.
