Abstract
The neighborhood Veinte de Julio is an emblematic lieu in Colombian capital because it is a place of pilgrimage to the Divino Niño Church around it exist a local market quite crowded, especially on Sundays. In 2012 was inaugurated Transmilenio terminus whose effects on the land market are not apparent yet. At the same time seeks to explain the changes that may have land prices in neighborhood Veinte de Julio regarding attributes such as distance to the terminus, to the parish of the Divine Child and the proximity to the Commercial Corridor 27th South Street. The exercise showed that the proximity to Transmilenio terminus and the church has a positive effect on the variation in land prices. However, the market proximity located on 27th South Street has negative effects on price changes. The methodology rested on a quantitative exercise across the official information and analysis of the physical distances to the attributes on mention and a qualitative exercise across interviews and fieldwork.
