Abstract

The self-evaluation process for the re-accreditation of the Information Systems, Library and Archival Program of the University of La Salle is systematized. The results revealed: consolidation of research, improvement of academic training, pedagogical qualification of teachers, strengthening of the technological platform, curricular update, consolidation of the model of responsibility and social intervention and greater links with graduates. It is concluded that the self-evaluation of academic programs should start from institutional research projects to structure improvement plans that ensure the quality of training in the area.
