Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) are practices carried out by an organization that are immersed in their reason for being and the future they want to achieve taking into account the context, environment and their interest groups (stakeholders), while University Social Responsibility ( RSU) is a policy focused on the quality, ethics of the university community (internal and external groups) through responsible management and the educational, cognitive, labor and environmental impacts it generates in the articulation of its missionary functions. The objective is to analyze the perception of managers in the academic area; administrative support areas; teachers and students Santiago de Cali University in the project of building a society based on the RSU with focus on the fulfillment of its missionary functions and administrative management. The research is exploratory, descriptive, and quantitative. As a result, it is obtained that the USC focuses on the use of its institutional capacity, continuous improvement and academic quality, it is concluded that with the annual application of these tools of the RSU in the continuous transformation of its missionary and administrative management functions.
