Resumen
La biblioteca en la actualidad no es solo un espacio donde se guardan libros, sino un ambiente de interacción y creación. Que se caracteriza por cumplir funciones educativas, inclusivas y de innovación, pues incorpora nuevas tecnologías (tablets, software, celulares, portátiles y monitores táctiles) dentro de su funcionamiento con la finalidad de optimizar el servicio. No obstante, esto se está convirtiendo en una biblioteca ideal, pues existen bibliotecas que por factores presupuestales y/o por analfabetismo digital presentan debilidades en el desarrollo digital y comunitario de esta. Por ese motivo, se hace necesario realizar una investigación cualitativa de tipo descriptiva con un método de investigación de tipo Estudio de caso, en la Biblioteca Comunitaria de Casablanca ubicada en la localidad de Suba, con el objetivo de identificar las falencias en los servicios brindados por la biblioteca en relación con los entornos digitales y a partir de ello, diseñar e implementar estrategias digitales dentro del modelo. Para tal fin, se aplicaron instrumentos como: cuestionario y entrevista (formal e informal). Determinando así, que una de las debilidades del sistema es el analfabetismo digital y otra es la falta de interés por parte de algunas entidades tanto locales como distritales y gubernamentales para el crecimiento de este modelo de biblioteca, pues pese a que existen becas por parte de órganos representantes del gremio, este tipo de ayudas no son aplicativas para todas, generando un vacío que limita el diseño de nuevos servicios y desarrolla un bajo interés en convertir las bibliotecas comunitarias en un modelo innovador sustentado en recursos y herramientas tecnologías para beneficio de la comunidad.

The library today is not just a space where books are kept, but also an environment of interaction and creation. It is characterized by performing educational, inclusive and innovative functions, since it incorporates new technologies (tablets, software, cell phones, laptops and touch monitors) into its operation in order to optimize the service. However, this is becoming an ideal library, since there are libraries that, due to budgetary factors and/or digital illiteracy, present weaknesses in the digital and community development of the library. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out descriptive qualitative research with a Case Study type research method, in the Casablanca Community Library located in the town of Suba, with the objective of identifying the shortcomings in the services provided by the library in relation to digital environments and, based on that, designing and implementing digital strategies within the model. For this purpose, instruments such as: questionnaire and interview (formal and informal) were applied. Thus, determining that one of the weaknesses of the system is digital illiteracy and another is the lack of interest on the part of some entities, both local and district and governmental, in the growth of this library model, because despite the fact that there are scholarships from bodies representing the union, this type of aid is not applicable to all, generating a vacuum that limits the design of new services and develops a low interest in converting community libraries into an innovative model based on resources and tools technologies for the benefit of the community.
