Resumen

La presente investigación, es una Sistematización sobre la caracterización, desarrollo e indagación de la intervención interdisciplinaria en los procesos de atención preventiva y de inclusión social llevados a cabo por la fundación CARES. Considerado pertinente, ya que permite no solo conocer cual es el trabajo de intervención frente a los procesos de atención, sino que posibilita replanteamientos que permitan mejoras en las acciones y en los aportes teóricos. De igual manera, aporta al fortalecimiento de programas o proyectos que garanticen el cumplimiento de los Derechos Humanos, desde los temas de atención preventiva y de inclusión social.

The present investigation is a Systematization on the characterization, development on investigation of the interdisciplinary intervention in the processes of preventive attention and of social incorporation given by the foundation CARES. Considered pertinent, since there allows not to know only which is the work of intervention opposite to the processes of attention, but it makes possible reexpositions that allow improvements in the actions and in the theoretical contributions. Of equal way, it reaches to the strengthening of programs or projects that guarantee the fulfillment of the Human rights, from the topics of preventive attention and of social incorporation.
