Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer las redes de apoyo y las características del entorno de las familias atendidas por la Fundación Semillas de Vida Tierra Fértil; para dar cuenta de esto en un primer momento se realizó una caracterización demográfica de las familias a partir de un análisis cualitativo donde se identificó en los 40 beneficiarios y adultos responsables entrevistados. género, sexo, edad, nivel académico, tipo de vivienda e ingresos y egresos económicos; en un segundo momento se realizó un total de 40 entrevistas a 20 beneficiarios de la fundación y a 20 acudientes, a partir de estas y sus narrativas se logró identificar las principales figuras de representativas de las redes primarias y secundarias en las cuales se apoya cada una de las familias atendidas por la institución y así mismo se reconocieron las personas más significativas de la red primaria, de la red secundaria, las problemáticas, fortalezas y el reconocimiento de líderes comunitarios del entorno de cada uno de los integrantes del sistema familiar. Donde La persona más significativa para los entrevistados fue la progenitora, lo cual quiere decir que cumple un papel protagónico en las dinámicas del hogar, ejerciendo así su rol como: consejera, apoyo incondicional y confidente, debido a esto podemos ver que se abre dentro de las familias la oportunidad de dialogo para minimizar las tensiones por las que las familias se ven sumergidas tanto por el entorno en el que viven como por la convivencia diaria.

The objective of the present investigation was to know the support networks and the characteristics of the environment of the families served by the Fertile Land Life Seed Foundation; To give an account of this at first, a demographic characterization of the families was carried out based on a qualitative analysis where the 40 beneficiaries and responsible adults interviewed were identified. gender, sex, age, academic level, type of housing and income and economic expenses; In a second moment, a total of 40 interviews were carried out with 20 beneficiaries of the foundation and 20 attendants, from these and their narratives it was possible to identify the main representative figures of the primary and secondary networks on which each one of them is supported. the families served by the institution and likewise the most significant persons of the primary network, of the secondary network, the problems, strengths and the recognition of community leaders of the environment of each one of the members of the family system were recognized. where The most significant person for the interviewees was the progenitor, which means that she plays a leading role in the dynamics of the home, exercising her role as: counselor, unconditional support and confidant, because of this we can see that it opens within families the opportunity to dialogue to minimize the tensions for which families are immersed both by the environment in which they live and by the daily coexistence among equals.
