Resumen

El objetivo de esta investigación es indagar por las prácticas que naturalizan la violencia al interior de las familias de los niños y niñas del I.E.D San Rafael (Kennedy). Lo anterior, teniendo en cuenta que la investigación se prevé realizar en el marco del programa Futuro Colombia de la Fiscalía General de la Nación, cuyo objetivo consiste en apoyar la prevención de las conductas delictivas de los NNA en situación de vulnerabilidad. Uno de los factores que, según la Fiscalía, constituye vulnerabilidad en los NNA es la violencia intrafamiliar. Se comprende entonces que la Fiscalía, así como muchas de las entidades que procuran el bienestar y seguridad de la población, asumen una relación ampliamente naturalizada: familias violentas son condición de posibilidad para la producción de NNA violentos. A causa de esto el Programa de prevención del Delito Futuro Colombia, considera pertinente adelantar una investigación que le permita saber qué está ocurriendo al interior de las familias de algunos NNA con el ánimo de hallar herramientas que le permitan cualificar su tarea de prevención. Siendo así se opta por una investigación de corte cualitativo, ya que hace una aproximación a las prácticas que naturalizan la violencia en las familias desde los comportamientos y percepciones de los sujetos que participaron, esto con el fin de describir y entender a partir sus conocimientos. Por ende, se eligió el enfoque histórico – hermenéutico toda vez que permite comprender estas prácticas desde simbologías, imaginarios y significados, para esto se realizaron entrevistas semi – estructuradas como técnica de recolección de datos. En cuanto a los hallazgos, se encontró que se han generado cambios en las familias, en cuanto a su composición, formas de relacionarse entre hombres, mujeres e hijos y nuevas formas de división del trabajo en el ámbito laboral y doméstico. También es importante señalar que aún permanecen relaciones de subordinación y predomina el ideal de tener una familia tradicional, invisibilizando cualquier forma de violencia con el fin de sostener la unión a costa de todo. Esto se debe a que las mujeres han subjetivado una serie de prácticas violentas, que interiorizan y expresan a través de su discurso y de su accionar. Un ejemplo de ello se evidencia en la responsabilidad que asume en cuanto a las labores del hogar, siendo la encargada aún si se encontrase en el ámbito laboral.

The objective of this research is to investigate the practices that naturalize violence within the families of the children of I.E.D San Rafael (Kennedy). The foregoing, taking into account that the investigation is expected to be carried out within the framework of the Futuro Colombia program of the Attorney General's Office, whose objective is to support the prevention of the criminal behavior of children and adolescents in vulnerable situations. One of the factors that, according to the Prosecutor's Office, constitutes vulnerability in children and adolescents is domestic violence. It is understood then that the Office of the Prosecutor, as well as many of the entities that seek the welfare and safety of the population, assume a widely naturalized relationship: violent families are a condition of possibility for the production of violent children and adolescents. Because of this, the Crime Prevention Program Colombia, considers it pertinent to carry out an investigation that will allow it to know what is happening inside the families of some children and adolescents with the aim of finding tools that will allow them to qualify their prevention work. This being the case, qualitative research is chosen, as it approaches the practices that naturalize violence in families from the behaviors and perceptions of the subjects that participated, this in order to describe and understand their knowledge. Therefore, the historical - hermeneutic approach was chosen since it allows to understand these practices from symbologies, imaginaries and meanings, for this semi - structured interviews were carried out as a data collection technique. Regarding the findings, it was found that there have been changes in families, in terms of their composition, ways of relating between men, women and children and new forms of division of labor in the workplace and domestic. It is also important to point out that relations of subordination still remain and the ideal of having a traditional family predominates, invisibilizing any form of violence in order to sustain the union at the expense of everything. This is because women have subjected a series of violent practices, which they internalize and express through their discourse and actions. An example of this is evident in the responsibility assumed in relation to housework, being the person in charge even if he were in the workplace.
