Resumen
Esta investigación se intereso por indagar por las maneras en que participan las mujeres afro vinculadas a la OANAC en los espacios y acciones de inclusión social propuestos para ellas en la localidad de Suba, con el fin de mostrar su aporte para su propio reconocimiento social. De acuerdo con los objetivos planteados por la investigación, se pretendió mostrar las acciones de inclusión que se están llevando a cabo en la localidad de Suba con las mujeres afro e identificar los espacios de participación creados por las mismas mujeres para su visibilizaciòn como grupo y así mismo evidenciar los mecanismos que utilizan estas mujeres para su propia inclusión en la dinámica social. La investigación es cualitativa ya que permite tratar de identificar la manera en que participan las mujeres afro en las acciones y espacios de inclusión propuestos desde lo local, y de esta manera interpretar su poca participación en lo político y de la misma manera interpretar el desconocimiento frente a los Derechos que tienen como mujeres, teniendo lo subjetivo como la principal fuente de los datos, lo cual hace que la investigación sea de tipo descriptivo. Como técnicas de recolección de información se utilizaron la entrevista semiestructurada y la revisión documental. El proceso por el que paso la investigación estuvo enmarcado por tres fases, una primera diagnostica o de recolección de información, una segunda de sistematización y por ultimo una fase de análisis sobre la realidad encontrada, la cual permite identificar que la falta de información y la vulneración de los Derechos de las mujeres afro han sido causales de la exclusión y marginación social, estos ejercidos por personas de su misma comunidad. Finalmente en los resultados de la información se incluyen algunas recomendaciones para la organización (OANAC), para el programa de Trabajo Social y finalmente para los profesionales del Trabajo Social.

This investigation is interested for investigating for the ways in which the women inform Afro linked the OANAC in the spaces and actionsof social incorporation proposed for them in the locality of Increase, in order to show her, contribution for her own social recognition. In agreement with the aims raised by the investigation, one tried to show the actions of incorporation that are carried out in the locality of Increase by the women Afro and to identify the spaces of participation created by the same women for her, as group and likewise to demonstrate the mechanisms that these women use for her own incorporation in the social dynamics. The investigation is qualitative since it allows to try to identify the way in which the women take part Afro in the actions and spaces of incorporation proposed from the local thing, and hereby to interpret his few participation in the political thing and of the same way to interpret the ignorance opposite to the Laws that have as women, taking the subjective thing as the principal source of the information, which does that the investigation is of descriptive type. Since technologies of compilation of information were in use the semi constructed interview and the documentary review. The process for which I spend the investigation was framed by three phases, it diagnoses the first one or of compilation of information, one comes second of systematizing and finally a phase of analysis on the opposing reality, which allows to identify that the lack of information and the violation of the Laws of the women Afro have been grounds of the exclusion and social marginalization, these exercised by persons of the same community. Finally in the results of the information some recommendations are included for the organization (OANAC), for the program of Social Work and finally for the professionals of the Social Work
