Resumen
Este Trabajo de Grado, se realizó para conocer la situación de los cuidadores, ya que al asumir el rol de cuidador, presentan dos aspectos importantes de transformación que son: el cambio del transcurrir vital y la aparición de implicaciones físicas, emocionales y socio familiares. A partir del rastreo bibliográfico, se identificaron tendencias, las cuales fueron situadas a partir de tres categorías de análisis, que son: las implicaciones del cuidado en el cuidador, las dinámicas del ejercicio del cuidado en el cuidador y los conceptos frente al cuidado o cuidador. Este trabajo se desarrolló tras la implementación de un objetivo general y tres objetivos específicos. Se trabajó con cuatro cuidadores, a quienes se les aplicó las técnicas de la entrevista a profundidad, el genograma y el mapa de red, puesto que estas fueron necesarias para la investigación, en cuanto permitió indagar en la vida de cada cuidador, la dinámica familiar, las transformaciones del transcurrir vital y la concepción que tenían de cuidado y cuidador; lo que dio paso al reconocimiento de las implicaciones que genera el ejercicio del cuidado en cada uno de ellos. Los hallazgos encontrados fue que las redes de apoyo de los cuidadores cambian de acuerdo a cada caso, ya que en una persona con enfermedad crónica o persona mayor las redes primarias se debilitan mientras que las secundarias se fortalecen; es así, que el transcurrir vital se transforma porque cambian su proyecto de vida individual y dejan de realizar actividades a partir del ejercicio del cuidado.

This work of degree, was made to know the situation the caregivers, since when assuming the role of caregiver, presents/displays two important aspects of transformation that are: the change of elapse vital and the appearance of physical, emotional implications and partner familiar. From the bibliographical tracking, were identified tendencies, which were located from three categories of analyses that are: the implications of the care in the caregiver, dynamic of the exercise of the care in the caregiver and the concepts of care or caregiver. This work was developed after the implementation of a general mission and three specific objectives. One worked with four caretakers, to those who it was applied the techniques of the interview to depth, genograma and the map to them of network, since these were necessary for the investigation, as soon as allowed to investigate in the life of each caretaker, familiar dynamics, the transformations of elapse vital and the conception that they had of care of and caretaker; what took step to the recognition of the implications that it generates to exert the exercise of the care in each one of them. The found findings were that the networks of support of the caretakers change according to each case, since in a person with chronic disease or greater person the primary networks are debilitated whereas the secondary ones are fortified; It is thus, that the elapse vital is transforms because change his project of life individual and they leave of performing activities since assume the exercise of the care.
