Resumen

Se utilizaron 100 pollos machos Ross 308 desde un día de edad hasta los 35 dias para evaluar el efecto de distintos niveles de inclusión de Fibra Cruda Insoluble (celulosa), implementando un diseño completamente al azar, con cuatro tratamientos: T1 Grupo Control con una dieta balanceda sin inclusión de fibra cruda insoluble, T2 0.25%, T3 0.35% y T4 0.5% de Vitacel. Se manejaron 3 repeticiones por tratamiento, 8 aves por repetición, con el fin de determinar el comportamiento entre las variables: consumo de alimento, ganancia de peso semanal, peso semanal, mortalidad y conversión alimenticia al final de su producción. A los datos de las variables obtenidas se les aplicó un ANAVA y una prueba de comparación múltiple Tukey. Se obtuvieron diferencias significativas (p<0.05) para las variables de consumo de alimento, ganancia de peso semanal, peso semanal y conversión alimenticia y la mortalidad no expresó diferencia entre grupos. Con respecto a las variables microbiológicas se manejaron 3 repeticiones de cada cultivo, posterior al sacrificio semanal de 2 aves por tratamiento, para obtener su intestino y su posterior siembra en los distintos medios de cultivo. Para los medios de cultivo EMB y Rogosa a los datos de las variables obtenidas se les aplicó un análisis de varianza y una prueba de comparación múltiple Tukey,donde se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas en cuanto a la ausencia de Escherichia Coli y a la presencia de bacterias Acido Lácticas. Por otro lado para los medios de cultivo BS y OGY se le aplicó una prueba de Chi X2 donde se pudo afirmar que los tratamientos en el estudio sujetos con Vitacel a porcentajes diferentes de suministro en las dietas y el Grupo control se comportan igual en pollos de engorde.

100 male chickens Ross 308 were used, of a day until 35 day to evaluate the effect of different levels of inclusion from raw fiber insoluble (cellulose) for which a design completely at random was implemented, with four treatments: T1 Control Treatment with a balanced diet without inclusion of raw fiber insoluble, T2 0.25%, T3 0.35% and T4 0.5% with Vitacel. Three repetitions by treatment and 8 birds by repetition, with the purpose to determine the behavior between variable: food intake, gain of weekly weight, weekly weight, mortality and feed conversion at the end of their production. The results were put under a variance analysis and a test of multiple comparison Tukey. It was obtained significant differences (p <0.05), for the variables of food intake, semanal weight gain, seminal weight, mortality and feed conversion and the mortality didn't express difference between treatments. Regarding the microbiological variable with 3 repetitions of each cultivation, after to the weekly sacrifice of 2 birds for treatment, to obtain of their intestine and their later siembra in the different cultivation. For the cultivation EMB and Rogosa the results were put under a variance analysis and a test of multiple comparison Tukey where they were significant differences (p <0.05) as for the absence of Escherichia Coli and to the presence of Lactic Acid bacterias. On the other hand for the cultivation BS and OGY were applied a test of Chi X2 where we could affirm that the treatments in the study of subject with Vitacel at different percentages supply in the diets and the Control Group behave same in broilers.
