Resumen
El objetivo del presente estudio fue realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de un centro de acopio de leche cruda fría en la vereda Monroy en el municipio de Guachetá departamento de Cundinamarca. Este trabajo inició con el reconocimiento del entorno de la región en donde se identificaron aspectos sociales, culturales, económicos, políticos y ambientales que permitieron en primera instancia la viabilidad geográfica del proyecto ya que fue considerada una región principalmente ganadera, con disponibilidad de recursos de mano de obra, insumos y buenas vías de acceso entre otros factores. En segundo lugar se realizó un estudio de mercado que permitió establecer 70 posibles proveedores de leche para el acopio con un promedio de suministro de 10.226 litros de leche al día. Igualmente se determinó la demanda de este producto y son principalmente tres empresas reconocidas como son: La Alquería, Parmalat San Miguel de Sema y Doña leche, empresas que tienen intención de compra de toda la producción de un futuro centro de acopio. Consecutivamente se realizó un estudio técnico en el que se estableció la calidad de la leche a recibir de los proveedores, los equipos y maquinaria proyectados a utilizar y se determinó la capacidad inicial de almacenamiento del proyecto que es de 20.000 litros día. Posteriormente se realizó un estudio de tipo administrativo en el que se identificó el personal suficiente y las funciones generales para trabajar en el centro de acopio. Por último se desarrolló el estudio financiero que permitió establecer los costos fijos y variables, la proyección de inventarios y el estado de pérdidas y ganancias que concluyó la viabilidad financiera del estudio.

The aim of the present study was to realize a study of feasibility for the implementation of a center of collection of raw cold milk in the path Monroy in the municipality of Guachetá (Cundinamarca). This work initiated with the recognition of the environment of the region where there were identified social, cultural, economic, political and environmental aspects that allowed in the first instance the geographical viability of the project since it was considered to be a principally cattle region, with availability of resources of workforce, inputs and good exit ramps among other factors. Secondly there was realized a market research that it allowed to establish 70 possible suppliers of milk for the collection with an average of supply of 10.226 liters of milk a day. Equally there decided the demand of this product and they are principally three companies recognized like they are: La Alquería, Parmalat, San Miguel de Sema and Doña Leche, companies that have intention of purchase of the whole production of a future center of collection. Consecutivly, there was realized a technical study in which the quality of the milk was established to receiving of the suppliers, the equipments and machinery projected to using and there decided the initial capacity of storage of the project that is 20.000 liters day. Later there was realized a study of administrative type in which there were identified the sufficient personnel and the general functions to be employed at the center of collection. Finally of it developed the financial study that allowed to establish the fixed and changeable costs, the projection of inventories and the profit and loss account that concluded the financial viability of the study.
