Resumen

Se evaluó el efecto de la suplementación parenteral del Zincosel Yodado® (multimineral quelatado) sobre el peso y los días abiertos en hembras tipo carne. El trabajo se desarrolló con 30 hembras ubicadas en la Finca La Esperanza, en la vereda Guadalupe, municipio de Puerto López, departamento del Meta, Colombia, a las cuales se les evaluaron los efectos de la aplicación del multimineral, además a una muestra aleatoria seleccionada del grupo tratamiento se realizaron mediciones de perfiles del contenido de minerales en sangre. Aunque este estudio no mostró evidencia suficiente para inferir acerca de la influencia del multimineral en los días abiertos de las hembras tipo carne, se encontró que el grupo tratamiento registró un mejor desempeño reproductivo, mientras que el grupo control no obtuvo los mismos resultados ya que en este grupo se encontraron vacas problema. Respecto al peso el grupo control mostró pérdidas de peso a diferencia del grupo tratamiento que mantuvo o ganó peso, lo cual es indicador de un buen desarrollo del funcionamiento reproductivo.

The effect of the parenteral supplementation of the Zincosel Yodado was evaluated (multimineral quelatado) on the weight and the days opened up in female type meat. The work was developed with 30 females located in the Property La Esperanza, in Guadalupe, municipality of Puerto Lopez department of Meta, Colombia, to which were evaluated the effects of the application of the multimineralBesides for some of the selected female cows from the sample group in random form measurements of profile of the mineral contents in the blood were made. Although this study didn’t show enough evidence to infer about the influence of the multimineral on the open days of female cattle cows it was found that the treatment group registered a better breeding performance , while the control group didn’t get the same results due to the fact that in this group some problem cows were found. In reference to the weight, the control group showed weight loss contrarily to the treatment group which kept and gained weight, which showed a good reproductive performance development.
