Resumen
Partiendo del análisis en el territorio de San Carlos (Córdoba). En donde pudimos observar una gran variedad de déficits presentes en los espacios donde se realizan actividades de ámbito educativo y comunitario, a su vez pasando por distintas escalas hasta llegar al sitio puntual de trabajo (corregimiento de Guacharacal). Se plantea una línea de investigación, la cual parte de los espacios preexistentes en el sitio, y el deterioro que estos han tenido al pasar de los años. Teniendo esto en cuenta, el trabajo de grado “casa para estudios complementarios” es el resultado del análisis de las condiciones actuales de los espacios educativos y comunitarios en el corregimiento. El cual abarca el desarrollo de una propuesta que permita suplir las necesidades de espacios educativos y comunitarios para el fortalecimiento de la educación y desarrollo cultural, a través de un equipamiento en donde se implementen los saberes ancestrales de la región para el realce de sus costumbres y también la implementación de nuevas tecnologías logrando así un mayor desarrollo sostenible.

Starting from the analysis in the territory of San Carlos (Córdoba). Where we were able to observe a great variety of deficits present in the spaces where educational and community activities are carried out, in turn going through different scales until reaching the specific work site (Gucharacal township). A line of research is proposed, which starts from the pre-existing spaces on the site, and the deterioration that these have had over the years. Taking this into account, the degree work “house for complementary studies” is the result of the analysis of the current conditions of the edu- cational and community spaces in the township. Which includes the deve- lopment of a proposal that allows to meet the needs of educational and community spaces for the strengthening of education and cultural develo- pment through equipment where the ancestral knowledge of the region is implemented to enhance their customs and also the implementation of new technologies thus achieving greater sustainable development.
