Resumen

For the development of this research a comparative study from two institutions was made; on the one hand, the Ministry of Education (such as national supervisory body) and the District Department of Education (as an entity of local control) in relation to the processes of learning assessment for the third training cycle (grades 5th, 6th and 7th) in 2009, as part of the academic curriculum reorganization cycles developed in the period 2009.
