Resumen
Es necesario entender porque la enseñanza del inglés en educación superior es clave para el desarrollo en la formación profesional en los estudiantes del programa de ingeniería agronómica del proyecto UTOPÍA de la universidad de La Salle. Esta brevísima exposición basta para comprender la necesidad que existe en este segmento de la población para caracterizar un escenario de aprendizaje virtual que brinde una solución a este tema que cubre esta investigación.
Es interesante examinar el problema desde su objetivo general que busca determinar las características de un escenario virtual de aprendizaje (E.V.A) para la enseñanza de inglés general con los estudiantes del programa de ingeniería agronómica del proyecto UTOPÍA. Esto nos lleva a estudiar la dinámica de un grupo del programa de ingeniería agronómica segundo año para determinar por medio de la investigación cualitativa las características de un espacio en donde la enseñanza del inglés se desarrolle de una mejor manera.

It is necessary to understand why the teaching of English in higher education is key to the development of professional training in the students of the agronomic engineering program of the UTOPIA project at the University of La Salle. This very brief presentation is enough to understand the need that exists in this segment of the population to characterize a virtual learning scenario that can provide a solution to this topic that this research covers. It is interesting to examine the problem from its general objective that seeks to determine the characteristics of a virtual learning scenario (V.L.S.) for the teaching of general English with the students of the agronomic engineering program of the UTOPÍA project. This leads us to study the dynamics of a group from the second year agronomic engineering program to determine through qualitative research the characteristics of a space where the teaching of English can be developed in a better way. Thus we arrive at a very interesting question of describing the communication needs in the development of the 4 English skills for the students of the agronomic engineering program of the UTOPÍA project in a virtual learning scenario.
