Resumen

Este estudio tuvo como fin primordial determinar las creencias religiosas en estudiantes de grado 10º y 11º de 32 colegios en convenio de Bogotá, buscando demostrar cómo se daba el desarrollo de su dimensión espiritual. Esta investigación estuvo orientada por un enfoque mixto, lo que permitió adquirir mayor amplitud, profundidad, diversidad, riqueza interpretativa y sentido de comprensión. Para la recolección de la información, fue necesario aplicar dos técnicas: la encuesta, con su instrumento el cuestionario, y la entrevista a grupo focal, con su instrumento el guión de entrevista. Para el análisis de la información cuantitativa se usó el método estadístico descriptivo, en el caso de la información cuantitativa fue necesario usar el método de Destilar la información. Se realizó una triangulación metodológica y se establecieron las redes conceptuales. De este proceso, se encontró como resultado que las creencias religiosas heredadas en la familia son producto de la imposición de los padres, y por tanto al crecer son aceptadas por identificación. Además, los jóvenes tienen una fuerte sensibilidad espiritual y por ende se relacionan con Dios como un ser impersonal y personalizado (figura padre y amigo). Esta investigación permitió en términos pedagógicos y más específico para el rol de docentes, tener una mirada más cercana a esa construcción de la dimensión espiritual de los jóvenes, y comprender en esa lógica las nuevas dinámicas de espiritualidad y acercamiento con lo trascendental que ellos han desarrollado

This study had as main objective determine the religious beliefs in students of degree 10º and 11º of 32 official schools of Bogotá, encountering to demonstrate how one was giving the development of their spiritual dimension. This investigation was orientated by a mixed approach, which allowed to acquire major extent, depth, diversity, interpretive wealth and sense of comprehension. For the compilation of the information, it was necessary to apply two techniques: the survey, with the instrument: the questionnaire, and the interview to focal group, with the instrument the script of interview.For the analysis of the quantitative information the descriptive statistical method was used, in case of the qualitative information it was necessary to use the method of “Destilar Información”. It was made a methodological triangulation and the conceptual networks were established. On this process, we found as result that the religious beliefs inherited in the family are a product of the parents’ imposition, and therefore on having grown they are accepted by identification. In addition, the teenagers have a strong spiritual sensibility and thus they relate to God as an impersonal and personalized being (as a father and friend).This investigation allowed in pedagogic terms and more specific for the teachers' role, having a sight nearer to this construction of the spiritual dimension of teenagers, and to understand in that logic the new spirituality dynamics and approximation with the transcendental which they have developed
