Resumen
El hábitat y la arquitectura del Pacífico siempre ha estado relacionado con la ascendencia africana de sus habitantes, pero es importante señalar que existe un error histórico que creó la idea de África como un solo territorio. Los africanos que llegaron a América como esclavos provenían de diferentes regiones geográficas, lo que se traduce en distintas etnias y formas de habitar; por lo tanto, para establecer una relación entre la arquitectura y el hábitat del Pacífico con la herencia africana de sus pobladores, es necesario primero identificar los grupos étnicos africanos que llegaron al territorio como esclavos, luego analizar el hábitat y la arquitectura de la zona de estudio, y por último, determine qué cultura tuvo una mayor influencia.

The habitat and architecture of the Pacific have always been related to the African ancestry of its inhabitants, but it is important to point out that there is a historical error that created the idea of Africa as a single territory. The Africans who arrived in America as slaves came from different geographic regions, which translates into other ethnicities and ways of inhabiting; therefore, to establish a relationship between the architecture and habitat of the Pacific with the African heritage of its inhabitants, it is first necessary to identify the African ethnic groups that arrived in the territory as slaves, then to analyze the habitat and architecture of the study area, and finally to determine which culture had a more significant influence.
