Abstract

Under the multiplicity of risk factors and subjectivity in the common methods of risk rating, the application of the Fuzzy-AHP is proposed. It seeks to establish effective strategies for supply chain risk management in a Project-based Organization (PBO). The qualitative and quantitative assessment of the risk is determined. Levels of vulnerability related to supply chain operations are observed, which mainly affect internal operations and relationships with network actors. This situation results in overruns, delays and unforeseen events that impact the development of projects, compromising performance levels of the organization and its image to customers.
