Resumen
Desarrollamos esta investigación “REPRESENTACIONES SOCIALES SOBRE PRÁCTICAS PROFESIONALES, DE CINCO TRABAJADORAS SOCIALES PIONERAS EN LA PERSPECTIVA DE GÉNERO: APORTES A LA CONFIGURACIÓN DE IDENTIDADES PROFESIONALES POSITIVAS” para culminar nuestra formación profesional y como aporte a la línea construcción disciplinar, sublínea identidad profesional inter y transdiscipilnariedad en Trabajo Social del programa de Trabajo Social de la Universidad de La Salle, en perspectiva de reconfiguración del Trabajo Social. Indagamos investigaciones en los diferentes programas académicos en Bogotá, pero nos centramos en las investigaciones de la Universidad de La Salle para identificar vacíos de conocimiento en nuestra alma mater. Así construimos los antecedentes, identificamos el problema a investigar desde el interrogante ¿Cuáles representaciones sociales sobre prácticas profesionales de trabajadoras sociales pioneras en la perspectiva de género aportan a la consolidación de identidades profesionales positivas? En el proceso investigativo utilizamos como técnicas de recolección de información entrevistas semiestructuradas y revisión de documentos elaborados por las entrevistadas, que nos permitieron conocer parte de sus vidas y sus aportes a la configuración de identidades positivas en Trabajo Social. A partir de la información recolectada reconocimos la importancia del Trabajo Social y la pertinencia de que la perspectiva de género sea considerada como eje central en la formación profesional y el quehacer profesional. En cuanto a los resultados debemos decir que construimos en primera medida una caracterización de las trabajadoras sociales que consideramos pioneras, posterior a ellos interpretamos las entrevistas realizadas a partir de cinco categorías y sus debidas subcategorías las cuales son: Prácticas profesionales, Representaciones sociales, Perspectiva de género, Identidades Positivas y Postura ético-política; rescatamos sus voces y las entretejimos en un texto descriptivo, sentido e identificando sus aportes a las categorías previamente mencionadas.

We develop this research "SOCIAL REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT PROFESSIONALS PRACTICES OF FIVE SOCIAL WORKERS PIONEERS IN GENDER PERSPECTIVE: CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE CONFIGURATION OF POSITIVE PROFESSIONAL IDENTITIES" to complete our professional formation and as a contribution to the disciplinary construction line, inter- and transdisciplinary professional identity in Social Work subline, within the Social Work program at the University of La Salle, in perspective of Social Work reconfiguration. We inquired research in different academic programs in Bogotá, but we focused on the research of the University of La Salle to identify knowledge gaps in our alma mater. In this way we built the background and we identified the problem of research based on this question: Which social representations of social workers pioneers in gender perspective contribute to the consolidation of positive professional identities? In the research process we used semistructured interviews as data collection technique, we also reviewed documents prepared by the interviewees, which allowed us to meet part of their lives and their contributions to the shaping of positive identities in Social Work. From the data collected we recognized the importance of social work and the relevance of considering gender perspective as a central axis in professional formation and professional work. As for the results we say that first of all we built a characterization of the social workers who we consider pioneers, after that we interpreted the interviews from five categories and subcategories which are: Professionals Practices, Social representations, Gender Perspective, Positive Identities and Ethical-political stance; we rescued their voices and turned them into descriptive text, with meaning and identifying their contributions to the categories mentioned previously.
