Resumen
Este documento es el fruto de una investigación llevada a cabo en el programa de Trabajo Social de la Universidad de La Salle, en la línea de investigación e intervención sociedad y construcción de subjetividades, partiendo de la pregunta ¿Cuál es el concepto de sujeto en las líneas de investigación e intervención en el Programa de Trabajo Social, de la Facultad de Ciencias económicas y sociales de la Universidad de La Salle?, Teniendo en cuenta el método cualitativo se desarrolla a través de entrevistas una serie de categorizaciones de los discursos que tienen los/las coordinadores/as de línea, encontrando en términos generales que el trabajo social se centra en torno a lo que es el individuo colectivo; más que hablar de categorías dicotómicas se habla de roles; se evidencian unos enfoques claros como es el constructivismo social, en ocasiones el concepto de sujeto se diluye en los núcleos temáticos de las líneas y por último, existen algunas tensiones al interior de las líneas y entre ellas sobre el sujeto a quien está dirigida la acción y el que se quiere formar.

The present document is the result of an investigation carried out in the program of Social Work of the Universidad de la Salle, in the line of investigation of Society and construction of subjectivities, where it splits of the question which is the conception of subject in the lines of investigation and intervention in the Program of Social Work, of the Faculty of economic and social Sciences of the Universidad de la Salle? Bearing the qualitative method in mind it develops across you interview a series of categorizations of the speeches that the coordinators have / coordinating of line, thinking in general terms that the social work concerning what is the collective individual; more that to speak about categories dichotomy is spoken about roles; a few clear approaches are demonstrated since it is the social constructivism, in occasions the concept of subject is diluted in the thematic cores of the lines and finally, some tensions exist to the interior of the lines and between them on the subject to this whom the action and the one that wants to be formed.
