The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of inclusion of the enzyme complex Allzyme ® SSF on performance in broiler diet. The research was carried out in the sheds at the University of La Salle in Bogotá DC Republic of Colombia. 100 chicks were used Ross 308 line, which were evaluated from day 1 to day 35. Two treatments were evaluated. In one treatment the animals were fed a conventional concentrate without the addition of the enzyme complex Allzyme ® SSF. Treatment two is equally the same food supply but with the addition of the enzyme complex Allzyme ® SSF. Performance parameters evaluated were feed consumption (g / a / d), weight gain (g / a / d), mortality (%) and feed conversion. Additional samples were taken from the duodenum to the end of the experiment for morphometric analysis. The experimental design was randomized complete block with two treatments, 5 replicates per treatment and 10 animals per replicate. The water supply was at will and took daily records of feed consumption, mortality and the respective weight measurements were made at the beginning and end of the test. The collected data were evaluated in the statistical package SAS to detect mean difference between treatments to be evaluated. A significant difference between treatment for weight variables, weekly consumption, weight gain, morphometric analysis (area, length and width size) which shows the effect of the inclusion of the enzyme complex, higher than the control. However, for the variables average total consumption per bird and feed conversion was not significant difference. The enzyme complex parameters improves weight gain and feed consumption weekly.
