Evaluación económica para la certificación de BPG ICA en cuatro fincas del municipio de Granada Meta

Resumen
El objetivo primordial de la investigación fue encontrar los costos que debe incurrir el productor ganadero al tratar de certificarse en BPG y obtener los beneficios económicos que trae al implementarse las BPG en las producciones lecheras. Por consiguiente se evaluaron los criterios de cumplimiento en fundamentales, mayores y menores de los cuatros de predios provenientes de Granada Meta llamados: María bonita, La Germania, Las palmas y la ilusión; se tabularon los datos en el programa de Excel obteniéndose resultados que diferían de predio a predio. Así mismo se procedió a averiguar los elementos faltantes como: Cerca eléctrica, cantidad de árboles que se necesitaba, la instalación hidráulica (agua), caminadores, comederos, bebederos, máquinas de ordeño, tanque de enfriamiento de leche e instalaciones BPG que necesitaría cada predio. Luego se diseñó un folleto llamado “COMO CERTIFICAR SU FINCA APLICANDO LAS BPG”. Su objetivo primordial es darle todos las pasos de que hacer y no hacer para certificarse en BPG. Después se averiguo en el mercado el valor de cada elemento y se plasmó la distribución de las instalaciones en planos arquitectónicos respectivos a cada predio, En consecuencia se obtuvo la inversión final de cada predio y para la investigación el predio que aparentemente necesitaba más adecuaciones no fue el de mayor inversión. Se calculó los costos de los cuatro predios con los costos por actividades ABC y se encontró que la alimentación y la certificación en brucelosis y tuberculosis bovina son dos de los temas que generan mayor costo en cada uno de los cuatro predios; la estimación de la ganancia mensual se tomó los valores de referencia de calidad composicional de leche de cada predio otorgados por Alquería y Recreo estimando la ganancia en el simulador de precios 017 del 2014 de ANALAC de esta forma el predio que presentó mayor ganancia no siempre es el que tiene el mayor precio por litro de leche por esta razón el inventario animal inicial y el tamaño del terreno contribuyeron para obtener una ventaja económica alta a comparación de los otros tres predios.

The primary objective of the research was find the costs that the livestock producer has incurred by the livestock producer to try to get certified in BPG and the economic benefits that it brings the implemented the BPG in dairy production. Therefore, the compliance criteria key, major and minor were analyzed for the four farms from Granada -Meta: Maria Bonita, the Germania, the Palmas and the Illusion; the data were tabulated in the Excel program achieve results that differed of farm to farm. Also, it proceeded to find the missing elements as Electric fence, many trees are needed, the water system, walkers, feeding, watering, milking machines, cooling tank Milk and facilities BPG that would need each farm. Next, it designed a booklet called "HOW CERTIFIED YOUR FARM APPLYING THE BPG”. Its primary objective is to give all the steps that to do and not do to be certified in BPG. After it find out the market value of each element and it reflected the distribution for the facility in floor plans respective to each farm, consequentially it had the final investment of each farm and for the research the farm than apparently needed more adjustments it was not the largest investment. The Costs of the four farms were calculated with the ABC costs for activities, it´s found that feeding and certification of bovine brucellosis and tuberculosis are two of the topics that generate higher cost in each of the four sites. The estimating of the profit monthly gain it took the reference values of compositional quality of milk for each farm awarded by Alqueria and Recreo it was estimating the profit in the price of simulator 017 2014 ANALAC. In this way the farm that had higher profit is not always it has the highest price for liter of milk, for this reason the initial inventory animal and the land size contributed to achieve an economic advantage high comparatively of the other three properties.
