Resumen

El propósito del presente estudio fue establecer la factibilidad en varios aspectos que deben tenerse en cuenta para la construcción de un centro de acopio de leche cruda fría en la vereda Hato Viejo en el municipio de San Miguel de Sema departamento de Boyacá. Inició con la visita a la zona delimitada, constatándose que existen allí los diferentes aspectos que se requieren para que sea viable geográficamente el proyecto y hubo un aspecto que marco especialmente esa condición, la región es ganadera por excelencia, la mano de obra está a la orden, igual que los insumos y las vías de acceso se encuentran en buenas condiciones entre otros factores. El estudio de factibilidad ha derivado cuatro frentes: estudio de mercado que dio como total de proveedores de leche a 56 ganaderos, que suministrarían un promedio de 7.304 litros de leche diarios. En cuanto a la demanda existen para toda la zona tres empresas La Alquería, Parmalat Saboya , que garantizan la compra al acopio en un futuro. El estudio de factibilidad técnica se realizó determinará la calidad de la leche recibida de los proveedores, como el estado de los equipos y maquinaria a emplear, teniéndose un almacenamiento que correspondería a 20.000 litros diarios El estudio de factibilidad administrativo donde se determinó el personal necesario a contratar y se estipularon las funciones generales de cada uno de ellos en el centro de acopio. Y por último se plantearon los requisitos del estudio de factibilidad financiero que permitiría en caso de implementación real de este proyecto, calcular los costos fijos y variables, la proyección de inventarios y el estado de pérdidas y ganancias que evidenciará la viabilidad financiera del estudio.

The intention of the present study was to establish the feasibility in several aspects that must bear old herd in mind for the construction of a center of collection of raw cold milk in the path in the municipality of San Miguel Sema Boyacá department. It initiated with the visit to the delimited zone, there being stated that exist there the different aspects that are needed in order that the project is viable geographically and there was an aspect that I mark specially this condition, the region is an excellent rancher, the workforce is to the order, like the inputs and the exit ramps are in good conditions between other factors. The study of feasibility has derived four foreheads: market research that gave as total of suppliers of milk 70 ranchers, who would supply an average of 7.304 daily liters of milk. As for the demand three companies exist for the whole zone The Farm-house, La Alquería, Parmalat San Miguel de Sema y Doña Leche that guarantee the purchase to the collection in a future. The study of technical feasibility was realized it will determine the quality of the milk received of the suppliers, as the condition of the equipments and machinery to using, there being had a storage that would correspond to 20.000 daily liters The administrative study of feasibility where the necessary personnel decided to contract and the general functions were stipulated of each one of them in the center of collection. And finally there appeared the requirements of the financial study of feasibility that it would allow in case of royal implementation of this project, to calculate the fixed and variable costs, the projection of inventories and the profit and loss account that will demonstrate the financial viability of the study.
