Resumen

Se ejecutó el establecimiento 3.000 m2 de un cultivo de frijol (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) variedad Calima como componente agronómico, con el objetivo de fortalecer la parte teórica de la agricultura mediante la práctica, así de esta manera vigorizar las actividades de manejo del cultivo como la fertilización, manejo integrado de arvenses, plagas y enfermedades, y labores culturales como la preparación del lote, aporque y selección del producto, de manera que permita evaluar la rentabilidad y producción del cultivo, al mismo tiempo buscar alternativas de nivel económico como beneficio individual y colectivo. El componente investigativo tuvo como propósito identificar los factores por los cuales un joven de procedencia rural y un aprendizaje Técnico en Sistemas Agropecuarios Ecológicos decide migrar a la ciudad; de igual manera mediante el componente social se realizó acompañamiento y seguimiento de proyectos de grado a los estudiantes de la IETAJDD, además de crear concientización a jóvenes sobre la importancia que tiene el campo agropecuario y formar diálogos con personas mayores con propósito de realizar acompañamiento psicosocial, permitiendo identificar necesidades, expectativas, intercambio de saberes. Entre tanto, el componente de empresarización, se tiene como propósito, la comercialización del producto directamente al consumidor final. Se cabe resaltar que el proyecto tiene el objetivó de trabajar con población adulto mayor.

The establishment 3,000 m2 of a bean crop (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) Calima variety was implemented as an agronomic component, with the objective of strengthening the theoretical part of agriculture through practice, thus strengthening the activities of crop management such as fertilization, integrated management of arvenses, pests and diseases, and cultural tasks such as batch preparation, aporque and selection of the product, in a way that allows to evaluate the profitability and production of the crop, at the same time to look for alternatives of economic level as an individual and collective benefit. The purpose of the research component was to identify the factors by which a young man of rural origin and a Technical Learning in Ecological Agricultural Systems decided to migrate to the city; In the same way, through the social component, the students of IETAJDD were accompanied and followed up on grade projects, in addition to raising awareness among young people about the importance of the agricultural field and forming dialogs with older people with purpose to carry out psychosocial accompaniment, allowing to identify needs, expectations, knowledge exchange. In the meantime, the business component is intended to market the product directly to the final consumer. It should be emphasized that the project has the objective of working with the elderly population.
