Resumen

Como alternativa para mejorar el desarrollo agropecuario con la participación de la mujer rural y eliminar los obstáculos que les impide acceder a las líneas de crédito que plantea el Gobierno Nacional, se realizaron convocatorias a todas las madres interesadas en créditos productivos pecuarios en el municipio de Paipa (Boyacá). De dos mil Madres Cabeza de Familia con que cuenta el municipio aproximadamente, sólo sesenta y ocho de ellas fueron beneficiadas y pudieron acceder a los cupos que el gobierno ofrecía. Estas madres obtuvieron la asesoría necesaria para el montaje de los proyectos productivos pecuarios con los recursos otorgados; por otra parte, se notó una preferencia de las madres hacia líneas de producción tales como: bovinos de leche, bovinos de ceba, cerdas de cría, pollos de engorde y huevo comercial. Se realizó un seguimiento a cada madre cabeza de familia desde la entrega de la solicitud de crédito, hasta el desembolso del dinero para la realización de cada proyecto. Como evaluación a estos proyectos productivos pecuarios, se logró identificar que las madres cuyo crédito fue aprobado, han mejorado considerablemente su calidad de vida, sus ingresos económicos y la dieta alimenticia de su familia. Estas madres han tenido la experiencia de comercializar los productos obtenidos a partir de sus proyectos pecuarios, y han adquirido una cultura de ahorro necesaria para el éxito del programa, ya que estas madres beneficiadas servirán como ejemplo para que el Gobierno Nacional tenga en cuenta al municipio de Paipa para el otorgamiento de más cupos en créditos futuros, con mayores recursos y así abarcar un mayor porcentaje de mujeres rurales cabeza de familia.

As alternative to improve an agricultural development with the rural woman's participation and to eliminate the obstacles that it prevents them to consent to the credit lines that the National Government outlines, were carried out convoking to all the mothers interested in cattle productive credits in the municipality of Paipa (Boyacá). Of two thousand Mothers Head of Family with which it counts the municipality approximately, sixty eight of them were only benefitted and they could consent to the shares that the government offered. These mothers obtained the necessary consultantship for the assembly of the cattle productive projects with the granted resources; on the other hand, a preference of the mothers was noticed toward such production lines as: bovine of milk, bovine of it feeds, breeding sows, chickens of it puts on weight and commercial egg. It was carried out a pursuit to each mother family head from the delivery of the credit application, until the payment of the money for the realization of each project. As evaluation to these cattle productive projects, it was possible to identify that the mothers whose credit was approved, they have improved its quality of life, its economic revenues and the nutritious diet of its family considerably. These mothers have had the experience of marketing the products obtained starting from their cattle projects, acquiring a necessary saving culture for the success of the program, since these benefitted mothers will serve as example so that the National Government keeps in mind to the municipality of Paipa for the grant of more shares in future credits, with more resources and this way to embrace a bigger percentage of women rural family head.
